7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

Introduction of Officers: Mike Cumberland- President, John Hiser- treasurer (absent), Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary (tardy), Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Blk Pwdr & Junior Rifle.

Treasurer’s Report: No report this month.

Bills and Communications: Nothing to report this month.

Pop: Steve turned in $20.

Rental Committee Report: There was $900 turned in from rentals. Iron Mountain Oct. 17,19. Nov 9.

Pistol Team: Took in $702, expenses $620, kept $28, turned in $54. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: Tom said that Oct. 29 will be the last Tuesday shoot for the rest of this year. Winter league will be starting on Sunday November 3. Tom turned in $169. Practice on Tuesdays. It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets. Anyone is welcome to come and shoot.

Black Powder: The rendezvous took in $1,674, expenses $650, kept nothing, turned in $1,024.

Meat Shoot: No meat shoot in Oct. 2nd Sunday of each month 11:00 am are the meat shoots (Black powder, closest to bullseye).

Junior Rifle Team: Mike said junior rifle will start on Nov. 4. Shooting will be on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2. Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest.

Archery: Nothing to report.

Fun Indoor Shoot: The fun shoot has begun. There have been 2 shoots so far. They normally shoot every Monday 10 am-till shooting is done, doors open at 9 am. Everyone is welcome. .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize.

Membership: REMINDER – October thru February is time to renew your dues and key cards. Brian took in $490, key cards $40, maintenance fund $65, general fund $325. 63 new members for 2019, 441 senior life/charter members, 605 total club members.

Old Business: Kris R., Bob Rothhar, Tom Horstman, and Rich Hoover got together and donated there time and equipment to restore the 100-yard rifle back stop. A big thanks to these guys for taking on such a big task. Looks great!

New Business: Some lights in the hall will need attention as they are not working. Sharon Cronin has left some info inside the club about female shooting classes. She would like to get sisters in arms back together.

Good of the Association: Nominations for new officers are to be done in November and December.
